Bankok: Wat Pho and the Reclining Buddha

 

The Wat Pho Complex holds the Recilining Buddha - largest Buddha image in Thailand. Mother-of-pearl inlay decorates the sole of his feet.



Over 1,000 Buddha images can be found in Wat Pho, which is more than any other temple in Thailand.



Visitors drop coins in a row of 108 bronze bowls for good fortune and in turn, help monks maintain the wat.
