Batu Caves, Malaysia

  North of Kuala Lumpur is a Hindu temple complex found on a limestone hill with a series of caves - Batu Caves. Here's a cliche shot - a must for every tourist. :) A large statue of Murugan, a Hindu deity, stands guard over the cave entrance.

A long flight of stairs leads to the main cave. There are 272 steps.



Batu is a Malay term for our Filipino term "bato". This photo is inside the main cave.



Another flight of stairs leads to the top temple, where we also chanced upon a shoot for a Bollywood star, but we did not catch her name.
